As a logistics company, we only organize the delivery of an agricultural machinery from America, but we do not sell it. This means that if you bought any agricultural equipment in the USA, we can arrange its transportation to Ukraine.

So what does the organization of transportation mean?

Firstly, we select a truck that will transport your machinery to the port of departure or to one of our warehouses in America. AnAmerican warehouse can be used for loading equipment into a container or for its temporary storage. It should be noted that all the warehouses where we provide services specialize exclusively in agricultural machinery. This means that no other goods are processed in these warehouses. There are three such warehouses.

You may ask: “Is it really so difficult to select a truck?” We can do it ourselves, we will google the phone numbers of carriers in the United States now and that`s it. More often than not, those who have never encountered cargo transportation through the United States say so. In America, there is a shortage of drivers and not so many trucks for oversized vehicles. For sure they exist, but it is not so easy to quickly order transportation by the experienced drivers and trucks that are suitable for the transportation of your particular machinery.

We have established relationships with those carriers in the United States who are well versed in the transportation of oversized equipment and have the necessary trucks.

And then you have to arrange the permits for the transportation of oversized cargo. The rules are very strict. If you get wrong permits, you will simply lose money and time.

Inland transportation to the port of departure is followed by the stage of port operations. At this stage the machinery is unloaded from the truck and now needs to be loaded into the vessel for sea transportation (freight). There are several options here and they all cost differently. You can load it into a FR container, or you can drive it directly into board of the vessel. It all depends on the model of machinery and its condition. We take all this into account when developing a route and offer the most optimal option. It is very important to know how and be able to optimize the cargo so as to reduce the cost of transportation. It goes without saying that we know how, we can do it, and we actually do it almost every day, saving our clients’ funds?

Choice of the port of departure is also important. Each port has its own specifics. Sometimes, when comparing rates, clients prefer the port with the lowest rate, but there are additional costs during the shipping process and often much more than the shipping rate through the other port that we recommended at the beginning. The choice is definitely up to the client, but we always warn that this can happen and recommend the best port option based on our experience.

After the sea transportation to the port of destination, we organize port operations. Since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, we work only with European ports. So from the USA your machinery will arrive in one of them. At the port of destination, the machinery is unloaded from the container or it will be driven directly from the vessel. And then it will be loaded into a truck for further inland transportation to Ukraine.

We plan and synchronize all these stages of transportation in advance  to minimize any delays and losses. At all stages we provide the necessary equipment, professionals in oversized cargo and the required permits.
