How was the process?
Construction equipment is one of the most important components of the reconstruction of our country, so it is an honor for us to be involved in this process. In almost all cases of humanitarian cargoes we have transported, the senders are US residents who want to help our country. We are very grateful to them for that. Humanitarian cargo is always a special responsibility for us.
From the point of view of performing logistics work on humanitarian cargo, there are customs nuances, because there is no Seller and Buyer in such cases. We are well aware of how to properly draw up documents and carry out work on the transportation of humanitarian goods. Therefore, we invite you to cooperate in this area as well.
What kind of logistics work we performed:
1. Sea freight. Our work on this transportation began with sea freight, as the sender brought the KOMATSU D41E DOZER forklift to the port on his own. So at the first stage, we organized RoRo transportation to the port of Bremerhaven, Germany. Read more about this type of transportation on this page of the website.
2. In the port of Bremerhaven, Germany, we performed intra-port forwarding and loaded the forklift onto a trawl for further transportation to Ukraine. We describe the types of cargo transportation and our approach here.
3. The last stage was overland transportation by trawl from the port of Bremerhaven, Germany, to the recipient’s door in Poltava region, Ukraine.
